At times like this, it is more important than ever to teach them how to calm their nerves, think clearly and face their challenges head-on.
Through Arham Purushakar Meditation, teenagers can learn how to relax, stay positive and gain stronger control over their lives. This technique can help to improve their relationships with themselves (self-esteem) and the world around them. The meditation will enable them to develop effective goals, focus their attention and build character— all qualities that will stick with them throughout their lives.
